Arrive, configure the platform, run AV check, lay out answer sheets. Classic takes ~30 min. Express needs just 15 — it's app-based.

Project questions to any screen from your laptop. Timers, answer reveals, and round transitions — all handled with a click. A phone controller is coming soon.

There's a one-time entry fee of €150 on signing, which covers onboarding, training, and brand setup. After that, the only ongoing cost is QED's revenue share — 17% of ticket income and 25% of any sponsorship recorded through the platform. No monthly subscription.
No experience needed. QED provides comprehensive training, a detailed host guide, and hands-on onboarding support — everything you need to run your first event confidently.
Territory is defined on a case-by-case basis depending on the city and brand. You start with a focused area — as you hit performance milestones, we work with you to expand. It's designed to grow with you, not box you in from day one.
Yes. You can start with 1–2 events per week in the evenings. As your calendar fills up, you can decide whether to scale up, hire hosts, or keep it as a side business — the model works at any pace.
After the initial 6-month term, you can exit with 90 days notice. A 24-month non-compete applies within 25km of venues you operated — this protects both you and the network.
Our content team writes fresh questions weekly, covering general knowledge, music, pictures, and themed rounds. Every pack is reviewed for accuracy, difficulty balance, and cultural relevance before release.
Dedicated WhatsApp and Telegram channels for day-to-day questions, monthly performance reviews with the QED team, priority support with < 4hr response time on critical issues, and ongoing training as new features launch.
