A minimum of 30 seated capacity works well. We've run successful nights in cozy pubs with 25 people and large restaurants with 120+. We'll assess your space during our venue visit and recommend the optimal setup.
For Classic, we bring everything — speakers, screen, microphone, and all AV equipment. For Express, you'll need a screen or projector and a basic sound system. We provide a detailed equipment checklist during onboarding.
Absolutely. Most venues choose Tuesday or Wednesday to boost midweek trade, but we can run trivia any night of the week. We'll recommend the best night based on your current trading patterns.
Trivia complements rather than competes. Many of our venues run trivia on quieter nights and keep live music or DJs for weekends. It's about filling gaps in your calendar, not replacing what already works.
From first contact to first quiz night typically takes 2 weeks. Week 1 covers the venue visit, format selection, and setup. Week 2 is promotion and launch.
Classic includes prize coordination — we recommend bar tabs, free rounds, or branded merchandise as prizes. For Express, we provide prize recommendations and templates but the venue supplies the prizes.
Yes. We offer flexible monthly billing with no lock-in contracts. If you need to pause for a quiet season, just give us 30 days notice. You can restart anytime.
Express gives you the platform, content, and scoring system — you provide someone to host. Classic includes everything in Express plus a professional QED host, full AV setup, and promotion support. Most venues start with Classic and some transition to Express once their staff is trained.
