1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the websites and services operated by QED Imperium Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. "QED Imperium", "we", "us" and "our" refer to QED Imperium Ltd. By accessing our site or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide trivia entertainment experiences in three forms:

• Express — a self-hosted digital trivia kit you run yourself.
• Full Experience — a professionally hosted trivia event at your chosen venue.
• Franchise — a licensed arrangement to operate trivia events under our brand and platform.
• Venue partnership — a subscription for venues wishing to host regular trivia nights.

Specific pricing, scope, and delivery conditions for each service are confirmed in writing before any booking is finalised.

3. Bookings and payment

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and any required deposit or full payment has been received.

Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• More than 14 days before the event — full refund of any deposit paid.
• 7–14 days before the event — 50% of the total booking value is retained.
• Less than 7 days before the event — no refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

For Express (digital kit) orders, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase provided the kit has not been accessed.

5. Intellectual property

All trivia content, question packs, branding, and platform software are the exclusive property of QED Imperium Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written consent.

Franchise and venue partners receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use our content and branding solely as permitted under their respective agreements.

6. Your responsibilities

When using our services you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in booking and enquiry forms.
• Ensure the event venue meets any requirements communicated by us.
• Not record, stream, or publish trivia content without our written permission.
• Comply with all applicable local laws relating to events and gatherings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QED Imperium Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
